Hot chocolate week: Spiced white chocolate

I decided to create this recipe based on a famous candle brand's candle which I recently bought for this Christmas season. Like the previous recipe, I have made this from scratch over the stove but if you want a quick hot white chocolate fix, Cadbury's options has a white chocolate sachet that you could use. The recipe is much more straight-forward compared to the previous hot chocolate recipe I uploaded but, it hits the hot chocolate spot and is just as indulgent.

Spice Hot White Chocolate

Ingredients

200ml of Milk (cow, nut whatever your preference)

60g of White Chocolate

1tbsp Malt powder

1/4 tsp of Nutmeg

1/4 tsp of Cinnamon

Pinch of allspice

Pinch of Mace

Pinch of salt

Method

Place all the ingredients into a pot and mix in all ingredients, especially making sure the white chocolate melted into the milk.

Bring the white hot chocolate mixture to the boil and place into a cup.

You can add marshmallows and/or like I have done, whipped cream with a cinnamon stick for decoration.
